Habmo is a habit app with a difference. Rather than just simply tracking your
progress, Habmo focuses instead on guiding you to develop positive habits with daily
exercises that are quick, simple and get you to think about the habit on a deep level
without requiring large amounts of time or research as we have already done that part for
you.
At Habmo, we believe that habits can form a natural part of your life. To make this happen,
we think its more important to take a step-by-step, gradual approach and make small
changes every day to build an awareness of yourself and your new habit.
It is still early stages for us though so were very interested in any feedback you have for
us. If there is anything you think we can improve about our approach please do let us
know!
